Terms and Conditions of Service
Jill Kennedy Hypnotherapy Limited (SC804184)
These Terms govern your relationship with Jill Kennedy Hypnotherapy Limited. By booking, paying for or attending a session, you accept these Terms.
 
2. Services Offered
 
Hypnotherapy services are offered on a private and non-emergency basis. They are designed to support personal change but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
 
3. Booking & Payment
•    Payment must be made in advance to confirm your appointment.
•    Bookings are only confirmed when payment has been received.
•    Late payments or outstanding invoices may result in cancelled or paused services.
 
4. Cancellations & Refunds
•    Clients must give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
•    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
•    Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
•    Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Jill Kennedy Hypnotherapy Limited.
•    Multi-session packages are non-refundable once commenced.
 
5. Client Responsibilities
•    You must arrive on time and in a fit state for hypnotherapy.
•    You are responsible for disclosing any medical or psychological conditions that may affect the process.
•    You must not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
 
6. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential except where:
•    Required by law (e.g. risk of harm, safeguarding concerns)
•    You give written consent for disclosure
Clinical notes are stored securely and retained for legal compliance.
 
7. Limitations of Service
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical advice or psychiatric care. We reserve the right to refer you to other professionals where necessary.
We make no claim of cure. Results vary depending on individual circumstances.
 
8. Intellectual Property
All written, audio, or video materials provided remain the intellectual property of Jill Kennedy Hypnotherapy Limited. You may not copy or share them without written permission.
 
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves inappropriately, breaches these terms, or presents a safety concern.
 
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Scottish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
