Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session. This gives us time to offer the slot to others in need.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
• Failure to attend a session (without notice) will result in no refund.
Refunds
• No refunds are issued for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• Refunds for sessions cancelled within the notice period will be processed within 7 days.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of packages once they begin.
• Refunds remain entirely at the discretion of the business and may be declined if policies are not followed.
Emergency Exceptions
While these policies are strict to protect the business, discretion may be applied in genuine emergencies. Proof may be requested.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made via email to: jill@jillkennedyhypnotherapy.com
Verbal or social media messages are not guaranteed to be seen in time.
