Service Description
Taking the first step can be the most challenging part of any journey toward personal growth. This complimentary and confidential 30 minute Zoom call is an opportunity for us to connect informally. We can discuss what you hope to achieve, I can answer any questions you may have about my approach, and we can see if we are a good fit for working together. The goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident before committing to a full session.
Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultation The preliminary telephone or email consultation, during which we discuss your goals and arrange an in-person appointment, is provided free of charge. Booking and Payment: Sessions are booked and paid for on a session-by-session basis. A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required. Remaining balance to be paid prior to or on the day of your session. Cancellation Policy: To ensure a smooth scheduling process and uphold my commitment to quality service, I kindly request that any cancellations be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the full payment being charged. Payment Options: Payment can be made either prior to or after the session. I accept payments via bank transfer or contactless methods. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
